About the Project
Ourbus is a bus ticket marketplace platform. Their main goal is to provide cheap bus tickets to passengers all across the US.

The Challenge
Our challenge in designing the Ourbus platform was to identify the main pain points of the users and determine where we should focus our efforts to get to our goal, which is to increase conversion.

The Solution
Research is where it all started, we looked at the competitors digital designs and also looked at how we could solve the issue listed in the challenge above . In 8 months, we researched deeply, iterated quickly, go through several challenges and successfully designed some features for the website that fulfilled the goal to increase website conversion and better communicate the company’s value.

Low Fidelity Screens
After considering the features involved and the overall functionality, we designed the template of the website. We transformed our data into wireframe structures known as low fidelity screens and further refined the information architecture screen by screen.

Design System
We developed a thoughtful Design System that it is able to replicate elements quickly while keeping consistency across the product. We designed it in an atomic and scalable form, which allowed the entire product team to work and cooperate easily.

High Fidelity and Prototype
After several rounds of iterations of design and research for the development of the project, we created the prototype version of OurBus website, with powerful visuals that communicates the product values and goals.
